Wonderful team to work with from beginning to end
We would highly recommend Matrix for a basement finishing project. The sales team were helpful and Victor, our project manager was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Matrix is that rare breed that kept us very informed about the schedule and finished the project ON TIME. Along the way we made some changes and their subcontractors were very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. We love our new basement and look forward to using it.
New shower
This experience could not have been any better! My contractor, Mike, was so polite and so professional. He showed the utmost respect for my home and my possessions. He removed any and ALL debris, and left it better than before. The workmanship is impeccable and I am thrilled was my results. Thank you, Mike, and Matrix.
I like it!
Greg did an awesome job in installing my new shower. He was efficient in installing. Cleaned the work area after the first day and his final clean up was immaculate. He was kind and considerate. Only hiccup I had was he took the outlet plate off and never reinstalled. It was a minor minor inconvenience. I didn’t notice it so my hearing aids didn’t get charged. I only mention it for future reference in doing the job. James Tozer was the amazing sales person.
Great work!
We loved the idea of blown on insulation that hardens, the use of purple board, the various tradesmen and women that are experts in their field that would work on our home. We were not disappointed. The work is fabulous and we love our new basement.
Excellent Bathroom Remodel
Kristie and Jessie did amazing job on our main bathroom remodeling. Took out a 1936 year old tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower. Kristie and Jessie were professional, knowledgeable and were very tidy. I would recommend highly to my family and friends. Outstanding job and reasonable price.
Basement Remodel

Worth the wait
Matrix redid our basement a few years ago, so I was confident that the work would be impeccable. They did not disappoint! They added a bathroom in my basement which involved a TON of custom woodwork, drywall, and plumbing. They built in several soffits and a custom shower door to maximize the ceiling height. They refinished all the trim work and make it look like the bathroom has been there the entire time. The job did take several months to complete but I am aware of the shortage of contract workers right now, so as I stated, it was worth the wait! Rico, my general contractor was great at answering my questions and accomodating my requests. He treated me with respect and never talked down to me because I do not know are the jargon. Some in the industry tend to do that, but not Rico. He was dedicated to the project and accessible as well as being responsive. Well done Rico and team!
Great bath remodel job
The team of two did a great job with our remodel. Done in about 1 1/2 days. Definitely will be recommending Matrix for our family and friends.
