We are so pleased with the work Matrix did in our basement. All the crews that were in our home were very courteous and polite. The work was done faster than we had expected, with no delays to the given timeline. Communication was great. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to get their basement finished.
Tried Hard To Minimize Disruption
While we developed a plan for the entire basement, we elected to initially only do the bedroom and bathroom as a first phase. From that point on every step was completed on schedule with excellent quality. Everyone who worked on the project was courteous, professional and consistently tried hard to minimize disruption. We love the finished product.

Installers worked hard all day and did a great job of letting me know every step of the process. Very thorough and beautiful job. The garage is practically too nice to use now! I absolutely love it!

Didn't Pressure Us To Spend More
Today we contracted with Matrix to redo 2 showers. Our contact, Kyle C, was on time and professional. We have a tight budget and he didn't pressure us at all to spend more than we could afford. I'm very excited to get our showers finished.
Outstanding Experience
Matrix crew finished the garage today, they had to grind it off to a bare concret, seal cracks and floors, Even after I said I loved how they ground down to bare concrete, their foreman said we need more grinding until he is satisfied. Start to finish took two days. I am very happy with Matrix professionals from sales, support thru field crew that performed the job. I would say dont do it yourself with $100/gallon Epoxy paint, which would not last.
Great Project Manager
We are very happy with the results by Matrix. Daniel was a great project manager. He is a class act. Very responsive and dependable. Rudy did the carpentry and he is a master at his craft. Both of them were wonderful.
