A Job Well-Done
Matrix Bathroom Systems made this experience a pleasure. After negative work with another company for a kitchen remodel I was hesitant to do any project. However, our original contact with Kyle C. Was so positive and professional my worries went away. The team that did the mold mitigation, removal and install were so neat, quiet, and respectful of the houseputting down tarps and impeccable clean-up. Shane, the concierge, was there to answer questions, check on progress, and generally be a really great representative for Matrix. Im going to start saving up again for another project. Thank you, Matrix for a job well-done.
You Will Not Be Disappointed
From start to finish, I felt important by the Matrix team. The sales rep PJ he definitely is an asset to the company. He listened to what I wanted as a potential customer, extremely knowledgeable, patient and his goal was not only the sale, but to be build a long term relationship with his client. The PM Alex amazing and concierge Shane phenomenal. And finally the installers Vitelli and Walter (5 star) - their professionalism, cleanliness, thorough follow up with me during the install. I cant stop looking at my bathroom, its beautiful. I highly recommend Matrix to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom believe me you will not be disappointed
Turned Our Vision Into Reality
Based on the recommendation of a neighbor, we contracted with Matrix Basement and we're so glad we did. Every person we met or spoke with was professional. Once given a timeline and the schedule, every professional showed up on time and completed their work on time. We really did not have to do anything other than watch them turn our vision into reality.

Excellent Tradesmen
Yesterday Al and Walter removed our old bathtub and tub surround and replaced it with a beautiful new tub, fixtures and tub surround. Dust from the demolition was kept to a minimum. They completed the job in one day and took the demolished materials with them. They were both very courteous as well as excellent tradesmen. I highly recommend them.
Worked Hard To Achieve Perfection
My experience with Matrix Bathroom Systems has been nothing more than wonderful! PJ covered all bases during our consultation for my new shower, while Alex kept me up to date with the production. Both supplied their professional opinion, while still listening to my own. When the day finally came, the installers Vitelli & Walter, were right on time & got to work! They were very kind & considerate, as they kept me updated throughout the day & cleaned up spotlessly! All involved worked hard to achieve perfection! I cannot wait to recommend Matrix Bathroom Systems to my friends & family!
